Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We are so confident in our products, that we would like to give you a risk free opportunity to try them for yourself! That said, we have introduced Customer Satisfaction Guarantee policy. You can try our product and return it if you decided, it doesn't meet your expectations and we will refund your money!
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Products must be shipped back (upon stamp date) within 14 days of the date of purchase for domestic and international orders.
- Item(s) must be in original condition and in original packaging.
- Only one use is allowed which means that you need to be returning at least 90% of the product weight.
- One return per customer. If you buy the same product again, we will not accept a return.
HOW TO RETURN
- Ensure that the product is in original condition and in original packaging.
- Contact us via email to let us know about the return – firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
Once your package is received and meets the returns’ conditions, your refund will be processed immediately.
Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your items.
Refunds are given on full priced items only and exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return.
Please note AMDiagnostics cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe!
If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by AMDiagnostics, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
