Shipping

For Shipping of our products, we use Royal Mail service for domestic destinations as well as overseas. The shipping rate is calculated at the checkout and it is based on order weight, destination and chosen Royal Mail shipping service.  

To find the shipping cost for your potential order, please proceed with it as normal up to the “Shipping Information” tab.

Disclaimer:

Although Royal Mail has proved to be the most reliable and cost-effective courier for our products delivery, there is always a possibility that the parcel will get damaged or lost during transit.
As for last year (2020), 1 out of 200 parcels got lost or damaged, so the chances are minuscule.

However, Revolubes cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transportation hence, please read the T&C of our shipping policy prior to choosing your shipping service:


T&C for shipping services within the UK (domestic):

 Royal Mail 2nd Class

  • Delivery aim: 2 to 3 business days
  • Cover: up to £20.00 inc. postage cost
  • Parcel is considered lost in transit after 10 days from expected delivery date.
  • The refund in case of lost or damaged parcel is up to 30 business days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class – Signed For

  • Delivery aim: 2 to 3 business days
  • Cover: up to £50.00 inc. postage cost – additional excess available at request.
  • Parcel is considered lost in transit after 10 days from expected delivery date.
  • The refund in case of lost or damaged parcel is up to 7 business days.

Customs information

Any charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

If your order does qualify for a duty payment you will receive instruction along with the amount due. Once the recipient has paid, your order will be released for delivery.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask us to do any of the above.

Additional Information

Unfortunately Revolubes cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they have been delivered to a freight forwarder company or BFPO address. Once they are delivered to the Freight Forwarder address or the BFPO location, we are unable to replace or refund goods that are missing or have been received damaged.
