Politique de remboursement
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, or expected delivery if tracking is not available. (see shipping details)
- One return per customer. If you buy the same product again, we will not accept a return.
- Expenses associated with original and/or return postage costs are not refundable.
- Misaddressed orders are considered to be delivered and will not be refunded. Please double-check the shipping address you provide with your order.
- Only previously accepted returns are refunded. See "how to return" section.
- Refunds are exclusively for returned items and:
- exclude items lost or/and damaged in return transit.
- exclude any shipping or customs charges incurred by the customer on the original order and/or the return.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or account that was used to make the original purchase.
- Refunds can take up to 30 days to clear on your account.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
- Item is considered damaged if it cannot be used as intended.
- If tracking is not available, a parcel is considered lost after 14 days from expected delivery date. Until that time, the parcel is considered to be in transit and due for delivery.
- The refund or replacement's dispatch in case of lost or damaged parcel is up to 7 business days.
- We will refund or replace damaged or lost item(s), up to the amount of shipping's loss & damage cover included in shipping service. Please consider arranging higher cover for more valuable orders.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Check if your return request meets the conditions for returns listed above.
- Contact us via email to let us know about the return – email@example.com
- We will let you know if we accept the return or not. If not, we will tell you why.
- If we accept the return, make a photo of the package content for your reference.
- Make sure the item(s) are protected from damage in transit and send the item back to us. Consider using a tracked courier service to ensure a safe return.
- Once your package is received and meets the returns’ conditions, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account which was used to purchase your items.
